All orders are posted out within 48 working hours by Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery. This can take between 2-4 working days, and occasionally longer if Royal Mail are experiencing delays.
Once your order has been confirmed and payment completed, your goods will be despatched to you as soon as possible. We aim to despatch all orders within 48 working hours of receipt.
Standard Delivery times are not guaranteed. On most occasions, our preferred method of delivery is by Royal Mail 2nd Class post, unless otherwise stated. According to Royal Mail this service can usually take between 1-4 days, however most of the time, your should receive your order within 1-2 working days after despatch notification. If your order has, unfortunately not arrived within 14 days of your despatch notification, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can track your order and arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you immediately.
